The influence of dietary vegetables and fruits on endometrial cancer risk: a meta-analysis of observational studies

A woman's love for fruits and vegetables may make her less likely to develop endometrial cancer.

This study looked at the effect of the consumption of a high fruit and vegetable diet on burden of endometrial cancer in women. Researchers performed a meta-analysis on data and evidence extracted from a pool of 27 studies.

Researchers identified a favorable association between fondness for fruits and vegetables and endometrial cancer prevention. The results of this study showed that sticking to a diet that promotes fruit and vegetable intake may help reduce the incidence of endometrial cancer in women.
